You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Charity Charity is a White and Tan Boxer mix. She was found as a stray. The vet estimates that she is about Ten (10) years old. She weighs 70 pounds. She is a very gentle, smart, loyal and loving dog. She likes people! Both men and women and will happily snuggle even if you just met! She doesn’t seem to mind other dogs. We have not seen how she is with cats or young children. She is house trained and knows the command to sit, lay down, stay and shake hands. She is not a barker. She is spayed, chipped and all her shots are up to date. She adapts quickly and will settle into a routine keeping herself occupied while inside the house. When she is walked, she will not run or pull you. She will go at a quick walking pace if you like or just stay with you. She is a big dog with a big heart who will love you unconditionally. The best fit for Charity is a home with a stable environment, a yard to play and someone who is looking for a more mature calmer dog as a great companion.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.   Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.   MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization.
