My story

Meet Kassie! The vet estimates Kassie is about 1 1/2 years old. She came to us as a stray and was already spayed. She was brought up to date with all vaccines. When Kassie first arrived at the shelter she was initially shy. Now that she has gotten to know us, she has come out of her shell and boy oh boy does she love to fetch! She is making progress on learning to drop the ball. She knows other basic commands like "sit" and "down" and she is eager to learn more from someone like YOU! Kassie plays well with another large dog at the shelter, but she is not good with smaller dogs. If you already have a dog, we would require a Meet & Greet with your dog to make sure they are compatible. Are you ready for a camping and hiking buddy? She sure is!  ***Give Kassie a chance with our Foster-To-Adopt program !*** All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter.
