Oh, look. It's a toddler in a cat costume. If you're an individual who values personal space, this isn't the cat for you. Krusty demands attention and if you're not quick to respond, he'll zap you with one of his patented (gentle) love bites. So carry him around like an infant. Stroke his giant stompers. Push him off your keyboard. Tell him to stop blocking the TV. That's pretty much your life now, you lucky, lucky thing!
