My story

Dozer is a 5-year-old, 70lb Husky mix with classic good looks and a serious love for cuddles. He’s playful, smart, and incredibly affectionate—he’ll happily jump into your lap or onto your shoulders just to be close. If you’re looking for a Velcro dog, he’s your guy. Dozer does well with other dogs after a bit of supervision (he lives with a small Yorkie-mix now) and has shown calm tolerance around kids and unfamiliar dogs in public settings. He’s housetrained, non-destructive, and pretty chill when left alone—though he does best with plenty of attention and exercise to burn off his energy. He knows “sit,” is leash manageable, and loves a good run or park day. He’s mouthy and full of personality, so a home that can keep up with both his physical and emotional needs is ideal. Dozer would thrive with an active adopter, a yard to explore, and lots of snuggles. If you’ve got space, love, and a bit of patience, Dozer’s ready to be your oversized shadow! 💕
