My story

How this pet arrived: Brody was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on 3/1/2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Brody is a handsome but shy guy looking for a patient and understanding home. He may do best in a quiet household with adopters willing to take their time building a relationship with him. When it comes to petting and handling, a less-is-more approach will help him feel safe and comfortable (consent petting and safe zones are really important). While Brody has made progress in our care, he will likely need ongoing management and support in his new home. Brody is required to go to a home where any children are at least 12 years old or older. He may also benefit from a fear-free veterinary practice. With time, patience, and positive reinforcement, Brody has the potential to grow into a more confident companion.
