My story

Hey there, I’m Sawyer—a sweet, shy guy with a gentle heart and a big love for my sister, Irene. We’ve been together for as long as I can remember, and honestly? I don’t like it when I can’t find her. I’ll call out for her with my little meow until we’re reunited—it’s kind of my thing.I’m somewhat active, especially when I’m playing with Irene or chasing around some yarn. But I’m also a big fan of sunny naps, quiet corners, and the occasional treat (especially those kitty ones from Trader Joe’s—yum). I’m not big on being picked up, but I do love gentle ear scratches and will even start making biscuits on the floor when I’m really enjoying it. And yes, if I’m comfy, I might roll over and show you my adorably fluffy belly.When it comes to meeting new people, I’m a little timid and take a bit of time to come out of my shell. I like being in the same room as you—I’m still figuring out the whole snuggling thing, but I’m getting there. I’ve seen a dog before, and yeah, I got a bit scared, but I stayed calm and wasn’t aggressive at all.What makes me special? I let Irene boss me around, even though I’m technically the bigger cat. I’m just that kind of guy—chill, sweet, and always happy to hang near my people.My perfect family would be one that takes Irene with me—I really do depend on her—and is patient enough to give me the time I need to feel at home.
