Dakota

My story

Dakota is approximately 6 months of age as of end of march 2025, around 30 pounds, spayed and fully vaccinated mix breed. She is still practicing potty training but IS leash & crate trained~ soon she will be a pro of all three!! She is affectionate, sociable, and very playful . Dakota gets along well with other dogs, adults and children alike. Given her young age; she should be able to learn your family’s routine rather quickly and become part of the gang in no time!!! Unfortunately, Dakota’s mom was being used for breeding at a local shop; rescuers stepped in and were able to spay her Mom and baby Dakota; she is now flourishing under the loving care of FHSTJ. (Feb 2025) Dakota has a lot of love to give and longs for a family who can provide her with the affection and attention she craves. She deserves a warm and loving home where she can feel cherished as a member of the family!!!
