Sampson

My story

Sampson was a street dog living in a neighborhood in downtown San Antonio. The neighbors were all taking care of him with food and water but no one was able to take him in as part of their family. He was reportedly hit by two cars and a via bus. At that time the neighborhood decided to take action and call ACS. Unfortunately ACS was not going to be able to respond for several days. The neighbors then decided to start calling rescue groups to see if anyone could take him. They knew he would need immediate veterinary care. Sampson was remarkably free of any broken bones or internal damage. He stayed in the hospital for a couple of days then was sent home with instructions to keep him kennel rested and continue pain control. Sampson must have had an angel looking out for him! Now that he is fully recovered he wants to find a family to love him. If you are looking for a special fur baby to add to your family Sampson may be the one for you!
