My story

DODIE has the expected Miniature Pinscher personality. Please read this entire description, before submitting an inquiry. ORIGIN: DODIE with her two sons Marshall and Smudge were brought into local shelter, end of November 2024, because they had too many dogs. After weaning her pups, we had Dodie spayed and vet checked. She is now ready to start interviewing prospects for a "forever" home. DODIE's PERSONALITY: If you are reading this, I assume you are familiar with the Miniature Pinscher breeds. They tend to be very active dogs, as well as very smart and quite loyal. Dodie is all of these. Dodie is currentlly enrolled in Basic training at "the Complete Canine". Dodie seems to know all the commands, which makes us wonder if she has done this before. However, Dodie gets nervous when a stranger tries to handle her, and tries to hide from them. We are working on her trust issues. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. Our primary concern is the dog's future safety, health and happiness. ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. We do NOT adopt to: * adopters who intend for the dog to live outside. * out-of area or out of state locations. * homes where someone smokes cigarettes inside the home * homes without a secure fenced yard. * homes with chain link or wrought iron view fences with escape spaces * homes without a safety fence around their pool
