My story

Are you looking for the perfect pint-sized cuddler? Well look no further, here I am. My name is Sassy and I'm the sweetest, spunkiest little lady you'll ever meet. I'm a Chihuahua terrier mix and will cover you with kisses from my lick-o-matic tongue (but don't worry, my breath is minty fresh- no dog breath here). Like any princess, I love being pampered and playing dress up. I know how to "sit pretty" to please my adoring admirers. I love to take my humans on walks or let them put me in a buggy and push me along. I'm mostly housebroken and can use a doggie door. To maintain my girlish figure and health, I eat a raw food diet. I would prefer to stay on that or at least have human-grade food. After all, if you wouldn't eat it, why would I? I also welcome dog-safe human treats, especially CHEESE! I'm an independent girl who can and will stand up for myself. I love going on adventures, riding in the car, and can sit in a doggy seat. I might need to be reminded that I can't sit on your lap while you're driving for my safety and yours. Now for my talents... I am a skilled escape artist and don't enjoy being crated. In fact, I can escape by opening crate doors as well as interior doors and even baby gates. Just call me Double-O Sassy. Speaking of adventures, any open door beckons me to explore with or without your permission. So be careful when opening exterior doors. I prefer to sleep cuddled up next to my favorite human and promise to keep you safe and warm all night. I'd also love to have a doggy friend with a similar temperament. As you can see, I'm practically perfect in every way and I'm ready to start my greatest adventure... Being your best girl. Sassy is about 8#, 3 years old, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and spayed. Her adoption fee is $450, and she is available to an approved home.
