My story

*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT *** Meet Goofy! He is currently enrolled in our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and he is almost ready to show off his new skills! His new abilities include 'sit', 'wave', 'shake' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent. Goofy is just that! Goofy! But he is also so very loveable and friendly. He spent some time in another Wyoming shelter, and was continuously overlooked. He does well with other dogs. He can be a bit vocal, but listens to you when you tell him to be quiet. He does really well in his kennel at PACK, and is housetrained. He was a bit nervous and timid of cats when he met them here, so if you are interested, we can have him meet some more kitty cats and see how he does. Goofy loves playing fetch! He gets really excited when he even hears the word "ball". If you're looking for a trained pup who would be happy to play ball or just relax at your feet, Goofy may be a prefect match.
