My story

Hi! I’m Raine, your soon-to-be favorite shadow! I’m 8 months old, which means I am a whole lot of fun! My hobbies include doing circles in my foster moms backyard, chewing on bones, playing with cat toys (see my picture below) and giving you big, innocent eyes with the most adorableble ears when I jump into your lap to snuggle! I’m still learning the whole “rules” thing and still learning what it means to be a puppy—especially leash walking. I got circles to run and these leash things make it challenging! Skills: • Sit (with food, I’ll sit anytime!) • Stay (for a second) • Fetch (I run, I grab, I keep) • Professional cuddler-in-training Looking For: A human/family who doesn’t mind some chaos with their cuddles and will allow me to be a “lap” dog. I would love love love to have a dog sibling, especially if they like to run and sun bathe! Additionally, I would like someone who is patient because it may take me a little time to show you my love and goofy side. I also want my humans to know Im scared of crates and gates. My foster mom lets me chill in the sun room while she is gone since I kept my promise to not chew anything that wasn’t a toy. Bonus points if my human/family have a fenced in back yard where I can continue to work on my summer bod and tan! Fun Fact: I can jump really high but I am known to face plant trying to get on the couch. I also love to wash faces with my kisses when I’m comfortable! Adopt me and get a best friend who will love you like crazy and probably steal your sandwich. But hey, love is messy, right?
