My story

Jethro may have started his story in Louisiana, but thanks to a lifesaving transport with the Humane Society of the United States, he’s now safe in Kansas City—and ready to spend his golden years in a loving home. This senior sweetheart has the kind of calm, soulful presence that brings peace wherever he goes. He’s past the puppy phase and perfectly content with the simple things: a soft bed, some gentle pets, and a quiet place to rest his head. Jethro is easy to love and even easier to care for—he’s just looking for a warm home and someone to share it with.
