Benji

My story

Meet Benji, an 8-9 year old boy with such gorgeous piercing blue eyes it makes you want to look at him constantly. Benji sadly lost his elderly owners and really would love a home to live out the rest of his years in. He is very gentle and sweet. He enjoys head bumps, rubbing up against you to ask for pets, and head scratches. He very much likes taking cozy naps in a cat tree cave. He liked the Churu treat we gave him and we are told he also likes Temptations. He’s a good-sized boy at about 15 lbs. With his gentle nature, he would be fine in a home with respectful children. Given that he is 8-9 years old, he would probably appreciate a quieter household so school-aged children would be ideal. He does seem to prefer the company of men over women. He is completely unbothered by the presence of other cats. If they have no beef with him, he will do well. He’s likely to simply walk away if another cat hisses at him. He has lived with other cats in the past and we are told he has also lived with a dog. Benji is neutered, up to date on vaccines, FIV/FeLV negative and microchipped.
