My story

Meet Chief, a calm but nervous boy who is looking for a loving and patient family to call his forever home. Chief is bonded with her companion Lotus and would love to find a home together. Chief and Lotus spent much of their life outside as strays, so they can be quite nervous and unsure in new environments and with new people. Chief is a calmer man who loves to sit on his cat shelf and overlook the chaos of the cat room and loves to spend time with Lotus. Chief is unsure when approached but has been making progress and getting more comfortable and warming up to staff members and volunteers. They would both do best in a quiet household where they can feel safe and secure, and where their new family will give them the space they need to blossom at their own pace. Staff believe they would do well with adults and older children who can respect their need for space.
