My story

Hi there! My name is Finneas, but my friends call me Finn. I’m just 3-4 months old, and I’ve already had quite the adventure. You see, I was found all alone as a stray, just wandering the streets. Thankfully, some kind people found me and took me to a Central Valley shelter and soon after went to a foster home where I got the care I needed and started to feel safe again. I’m a pretty happy pup, full of energy and love. I absolutely adore my big canine foster brother—he’s my favorite playmate! We have so much fun together, chasing each other around and running through the yard. I look up to him a lot, and I think he’s been teaching me how to be a good dog. It would be amazing if I could have a playmate or mentor like him all the time, someone to help me grow and learn the ropes. I weigh 22 lbs. I am also crate trained and working on potty training. I’ve got a bit of a unique feature—I've got a significant overbite! Some might think it’s a problem, but it doesn’t stop me from doing anything, especially eating. In fact, I love food and can eat just as quickly as any pup out there, overbite or not! It doesn't slow me down one bit. During the day, I’m always ready for some fun and excitement! Whether it's playing with toys or getting into a little mischief, I’m always on the go. But when the day winds down, I love to snuggle in my bed and sleep soundly through the night, dreaming of all the adventures yet to come. I may be small, but I’ve got a big heart, and I can’t wait to find my forever family.
