My foster writes: Sweetie really lives up to her name! She's cute, never shouts, and is a big ball of fluff. While shy at first, she definitely loves to play. Scratching posts are a must and plenty of places to hide help Sweetie feel comfortable. She might hide at first, if you provide pets and toys you'll be Sweeties best friend. With an April birthday, you'd be a fool not to adopt this adorable girlie! What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!Sweetie is an adult cat that may not have had many interactions with humans from an early age. Sweetie accepts attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents and offering high value treats and food to help build a positive association to humans. Please be mindful that older cats will require more time and skill in order for them to be comfortable around people. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in an experienced, adult only home.I am looking for a home with a patient person.I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.I would do best in a home with only adult humans. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 7.2 Age: 2yrs 1mths 0wks
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sweetie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
