My story

Orchid is a sensitive and complex soul who`s searching for a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe. While she often greets familiar people at her kennel door with a wagging tail and gentle treat-taking, unfamiliar environments, tight spaces, and clinical settings are incredibly stressful for her.Orchid thrives in quiet outdoor spaces where she can decompress and show her playful, affectionate side. She`s a total cuddler when she feels secure. She`s treat-motivated and has made steady progress with trusted handlers, though she still struggles with anxiety on walks and may react with leash reactivity or attempts to escape when she feels overwhelmed. Orchid would do best with a patient, experienced adopter who can continue building her confidence and honor her boundaries. She`s not a quick-fix pup, but with time and love, Orchid has the potential to blossom into a devoted companion.
