My story

Elmer is a distinguished gentleman who’s perfected the art of calm companionship. This senior sweetheart is all about easy strolls, friendly vibes, and soaking up affection—especially in the form of belly rubs. Elmer is polite on leash, unbothered by other dogs, and knows his “sit” and “stay” like the refined fellow he is. He’s friendly with everyone he meets, rides calmly in the car, and is easy to handle. If you`re looking for a laid-back buddy with a big heart and an even bigger love for lounging, Elmer’s your guy.To meet our available animals, visit our Northside shelter locations any day between 1–6pm.
