My story

Tyson is a shy but sweet pup who’s just beginning his journey into the big, wide world. At 6 months old, he’s learning all the basics—how to walk on a leash, live inside a home, interact with new people, and feel okay being left alone. He’s still figuring things out, but with the right environment, he’s going to thrive. Because Tyson gains confidence from other dogs, he must be placed in a home with a compatible, social, and playful canine companion who can help show him the ropes. A calm, quiet home with a steady routine will also be key to helping him build trust and feel safe. His ideal adopter will be patient, understanding, and ready to help him continue learning. A Puppy Kindergarten obedience class is highly recommended to support his socialization and confidence-building. Tyson is a work in progress—but the kind that’s well worth it. With time, training, and the right doggy friend by his side, he’s sure to blossom into a loyal, loving companion.
