My story

Hi there! My name is Sweetie and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I'm a 1 year old, female, German Shepherd who came to SB Humane in search of an awesome family to spoil me rotten. I’m a bundle of energy, always ready for action and adventure! I’m playful, love to run, and get along well with other dogs. I’m looking for a family that can keep up with me and help me with some training. I might need a little guidance, but with the right direction, I’m sure I’ll be the best companion you could ask for. If you’re an active family who loves fun and outdoor play, I could be the perfect fit for you! Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!
