My story

Hi, I`m Rocky – your future best buddy and all-around good boy. I`m a sweet senior guy who’s all about the simple pleasures: a comfy nap spot, some fresh air, and maybe a tasty snack or two. My foster family calls me a `couch potato,` and honestly, they’re not wrong – I’m a pretty chill dude who enjoys taking it easy.Right now, I’m living peacefully with a foster cat. I’m polite and respectful – I give the kitty their space and we get along just fine. I haven’t had the chance to meet any dogs while I’ve been in foster care, but I’ve lived happily with other dogs before, so I’ve got good experience being a part of the pack.When I meet new people, especially kids, I light right up. I’ve spent time with children under 10 and I’ve been gentle and sweet with them. I love attention and affection – I’ll happily seek out pets and snuggles.What makes me special? Well, aside from my incredibly soft, fluffy coat and my stellar leash manners, I’m housebroken, quiet, and full of love. I’m not one for chaos or wild adventures – I’d much rather take a leisurely stroll or hang out in the yard soaking up the sun.I’d be a great fit for just about any loving home. Whether you’re looking for a mellow companion for afternoon walks or a loyal buddy to relax on the couch with, I’m your guy. Let’s keep it simple and sweet – just like me.
