Verna

My story

Verna is an adult female Black Mouth Cur Mix. She weighs 47 lbs. Verna is a little shy with strangers at first. You must be patient and give her a little time. Once she gets to know you, she is the sweetest girl! Verna seems housebroken and so far seems ok with the other dogs in the Shelter. Verna is currently at the Shelter. She will be spayed prior to adoption.  Here is the adoption process:   To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $60 fee for any animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.
