My story

~Adoptable Delaney~ Meet Delaney, a 6 month old, spayed female mix who is about 33 pounds. Delaney and her brother were saved from a rural Kentucky shelter and are now in search of a home here in MD, or surrounding states. Delaney is a sweet girl, doing well with crate training and potty training, however may have a bit of regression upon acclimating to a new environment. Delaney has been fostered with multiple dogs in her foster home. She is sweet and easy-going and will make a wonderful pet for a loving family.&#239&#191&#188 A note from Delaney’s foster mom, “Delaney is a bit shy at first, but each day gets more comfortable.  She is really a sweetheart&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143!  Loves being outside just romping around in the yard doing her little leaps of excitement to get her stick or ball. Entertains herself with any toy plushy, squeaky, crinkly and just a good old bone or antler, they all make her so happy. No potty accidents and sleeps through the night in her crate!  Some family will be so lucky to get this little lady!” We are looking for a committed adopter, willing to take out routinely for potty breaks, who will use positive reinforcement training techniques, and is willing to make a lifetime adoption commitment.  Delaney is microchipped, on monthly prevention, has been dewormed, spayed and is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations for an adoption fee of $450.
