My story

*** To alleviate the need to bring an animal into the shelter environment, The Anti-Cruelty Society has the Home-to-Home Shelter Bypass service to help people find new accommodations for their pets privately. These animals are not located in any of the Society`s physical locations. If you are interested in adopting this animal, please do NOT click the Adopt Me button and instead reach out to the current owner directly via the email provided in the profile. As this is a Home-to-Home animal you are not required to fill out an Anti-Cruelty Society adoption application form. *** This is Mala, she is an 11 year old senior Tabby who is fully declawed. She is sometimes skeptical of her surroundings and may often hide at first until she’s comfortable but she’s very sweet and loves to cuddle and be held. She enjoys playing with toys, lounging on her cat tree and bird watching in the window. She is the ultimate lap cat & would accommodate best in a home with a single owner preferably female, she’s nice to kids but can often get startled with loud noises or quick movements. She’s also weary around other pets but has a toleration of puppies…in the event they don’t get too close to her.For adoption information, please email mckenziej16@yahoo.com
