My story

Say hello to Evie! Petite Evie came to AHS in March 2025 after her owner had a medical emergency and was no longer able to care for her. Evie has been a little confused at why she is back in our care but has not let that stop her from being one of the sweetest girls around while she waits for her forever home! If you are looking for a chatterbox of a kitty, Evie is definitely your girl! She almost always has a meow or chirp to offer to her human visitors. That is only increased when she thinks it is time for a treat or some pets! Food is definitely the quickest way to this little lady's heart! Evie is generally a very relaxed and lazy kitty. She prefers to spend her day curled up in a cozy bed or blanket and is not one to spend her time chasing toys around. She would be the perfect kitty for anyone looking for a calm lap companion to bring some extra love to their home! Evie Evie previously lived with other cats and has been rather disinterested in them since being on our adoption floor. Evie thinks everyone should be her friend, especially if they have a snack or ear scratch to offer! If Evie sounds like your kind of girl, be sure to stop by and visit her today!
