Meet Stunner! After losing his beloved owner, Stunner found himself at the shelter, a bit confused and overwhelmed by all the noise and change. But even in the midst of it all, it’s clear he’s a gentle soul just waiting for the right family to help him feel safe and loved again. Stunner may take a little time to open up, but once he does, we know his true personality will shine! He’s looking for a patient, understanding home where he can adjust at his own pace and settle into the comfy, peaceful life he deserves. Senior dogs like Stunner are truly the best dogs—they know the value of a cozy nap, a kind word, and the joy of simply being by your side. He’s ready to spend his golden years soaking up all the love he can get, and giving it right back tenfold. Stunner was said to be housetrained in his precious home unless left for a long period of time. If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion who will be forever grateful for a second chance, Stunner is ready to be your perfect match. Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Stunner was able to go on a Dog Day Out recently and here is what they had to say, `My afternoon with Stunner was great. He was shy at first on our walk but he walked right beside me except for the occasional stop and sniff. He’s older but still had plenty of energy for a long walk. We went to a couple different places and Stunner did great in the car. He really enjoyed his pup cup. Overall, he is a very chill old man with lots of love to give!`Stunner is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home! Stunner is living in a foster home.
