Bobo

My story

Meet Bobo! Bobo is an adorable 1-2 year old golden retriever/chihuahua mix (yes you read that right) who came to us as a stray. Bobo was originally found by GoodBoy Dog Recovery. They helped bring him to safety, and then into our care, where he received the medical attention and care that he needed. We don’t know Bobo’s sorry but we do know he is initially very shy around new people. He would do best in a home that does not have young children, and can give him the patience he needs to learn to trust people. He is making huge strides gaining his confidence in his foster home, while he’s waiting for the perfect family to come along. Bobo needs another confident dog in the home, and does really well with other dogs. Bobo loves the people he trusts, does show signs of fear aggression and will snap if pushed. As with all rescue dogs, he will need a family who is understanding and prepared to work through a period of transition with him as he learns to live in a house and around people.
