My story

Hi! My name is Lloyd. I am a 5 year old, Neutered Pit Bull Terrier Mix. I am microchipped, heartworm tested and current on my vaccines. 3 words that describe me: Shy, Well reserved, and Gentle. Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: Lloyd’s strong food motivation makes training and bonding with him both enjoyable and rewarding. Treats are truly the way to his heart! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10) 7 Housetraining Status: Working on housetraining. I should do well in a home with other canine friends, given a proper introduction and time to adjust. I'm not sure how I would do with cats. I should do great in a household with kids of all ages! My favorite activities are: I LOVE BUTT SCRATCHES!! Things I need work on are: This sweet pup tends to be more comfortable around women and can be a bit cautious when meeting new men. With patience and kindness, he warms up and reveals his affectionate side.
