He made fast friends with every volunteer he met, sneaking kisses and turning on the charm like a true gentleman.Hulk is already neutered and microchipped, which makes it all the more heartbreaking that his owners were contacted and have still not come to get him. He deserves so much better.Well-behaved, social, and full of personality, Hulk is ready to find someone who will truly cherish him.
