My story

Hey, Jimbo here! I`m an ultra-handsome 2 year old male ready to find my new family who will fill my days with love! I`m a pretty smart guy, if I do say so myself! I know how to walk politely on the leash with minimal pulling, I know `sit,` `place,` and even know to sit when getting leashed up or approaching a door! I`m a social boy who enjoys playing with other dogs at the shelter, but staff here have noticed I can be a little selective with which dogs I like to play with. Don`t worry though! If you have another canine friend at home, you can bring them to the shelter to meet me and make sure we can be friends and play nice together! When I`m not enjoying a walk, relaxing outside, or playing with other friends, I love sniffing out some yummy treats from food puzzles or other enrichment activities! If I sound like the dog for you, please come out to the shelter to meet me! I can`t wait to meet my new family!Interested in adopting me? I am in a foster home so we would ask you to submit a general online adoption application and then call the shelter so we can do an interview and background check for you. Once that is done we can schedule the meet with Jimbo. Please note: all applications are considered general until the animal has been met.
