My story

Say hello to Oakley! This beautiful German Shepherd is five years old and weighs right around 90 pounds. Oakley is a wonderful boy and is great with other dogs and is learning to get along with cats as well! He loves to play tug-of-war and fetch with a ball. He loves running in the backyard with the other doggie in his current home. He is very loving and loves to cuddle. He’s so easy-going and gentle and deserves a great forever home. Oakley knows the commands “sit””lay down” “no” “stay” “go to your place” and “get behind me”. He is very good on walks now using a “gentle lead”. He also follows you around wherever you go so you will never be lonely. Oakley deserves a loving forever home to enjoy life. His previous owners kept him shut up in a bedroom a lot while they worked so he is now in a temporary home and is getting used to experiencing the normal things of life. (and he is on a diet) He rides in a car very well. He’s just a wonderful dog and would make a great companion.
