Why Romeo Needs a New Home - Romeo is a loving and affectionate guy who unfortunately needs a new home due to his current owner's inability to properly care for him because of financial hardship. He is very smart and well-trained, friendly, and gets along well with children and other dogs (unsure about cats but will try to chase critters like rabbits, squirrels, birds). Romeo's Personality - • Playful and energetic – lives to play fetch at the dog park but will lay on his bed and keep himself occupied with chew toys • Loves to cuddle and be around people, a true ‘velcro’ dog • Enjoys outdoor activities and long walks to sniff • Very intelligent and quick to learn new commands Additional Information - Romeo is up-to-date on all his vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and has no known health issues. He comes with his favorite toys, a crate, bed, and a supply of his current dog food as well as a year’s supply of flea/tick/heartworm pills. Romeo is house and leash trained and will alert to go potty but would prefer a yard and a daily routine. When alone, Romeo is given free range of the house and doesn’t get into plants, garbage, etc., as he prefers to nap until his people return home. He does well with pet sitters and loves to entertain guests.
