Marley

My story

This handsome, long-legged boy is Marley. Marley came to us after being in a home with 9 others dogs, with whom he had to fight for food. When he arrived, he was very shy and shut down, but now, he is a happy, loving, and playful man. Marley is heartworm positive, and he will be on medication for the next year. He would probably do best in a home with no other animals and no children. He is still learning how to play, and he loves running around the yard, especially in the mornings when he has a lot of energy to get out of his system. When first meeting new people, he is a bit scared and shy, but once he warms up to someone, he will give kisses and hugs. He is still trying to figure out how life works outside of his previous home, so he can be misunderstood by some people. He would do best in a home that can give him the proper attention, care, and training he needs.
