My story

Figgy is a sweet girl looking for a foster home to relax in while she is receiving medical care. Figgy`s favorite things are her kitty casa, dinner time, and snuggling up for a long nap! Reason for Foster: recovery from specialty surgery + pending lab resultsFoster Time Frame: Pending blood work results.(The foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.) Foster Care Plan: Figgy is also being monitored for recent weight loss. We ask that her foster monitor her appetite and inform the foster team if she is not eating. She is also blind and recovering from her eye surgery and will need to be kept in a confined area with easy access to her food bowl, water bowl, and litter box. She will go to foster with medication and will have her dental surgery scheduled at a later date. We will provide a medical consultation at your pickup appointment so you are ready to take great care of this sweet girl! Foster to Adopt: Figgy is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
