My story

We are happy to introduce you to our happy little Yoyo! There are several words to describe yoyo, energetic, bouncy and lovable are just a few. Yoyo was shy at first but after a bit she came out of her shell and turned into a playful pup! Yoyo loves attention. She may even come across as needy at first, but with reassurance she will settle in. Next to playing I think Yoyo's favorite thing to be held and cuddled. Yoyo has a lot of love to give! She walks well on the leash and rides well in the car. Yo-yo would be a wonderful addition to a quiet household in need of lots of love! Like many of our rescue dogs, we are not sure how well house trained Yoyo is. But with gentle persuasion, some consistency, structure and praise he should be easy to train. Yoyo's adoption fee is $175 This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also allow us the ability to put funds towards the next homeless or unwanted dog in need of rescue! Please understand that sometimes we get numerous applications for specific dogs and as a volunteer-based rescue, we do not always have the time to respond to each one. We do our best to choose the most suitable home for each dog based on their specific personality and needs. Please note you MAY NOT be contacted for up to 10 days to schedule a meet and greet if your family is the most suitable for this rescue dog. Regrettably, we do not have the manpower currently to contact all applicants. We keep ALL applications in our database so please feel free to contact us when you see another dog of interest. We appreciate all applicants and do our best to pair every dog and family for a successful and happy life.
