My story

*Name: Roxie *Age: est DOB: 11/18/24 *Current Weight: 20lbs *Rescued from: South Carolina *Adoption fee: $550  (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information) Meet Roxie! Found as a stray in rural South Carolina, alongside her three littermates and what we believe were her mom and dad, this brave pup started life with more uncertainty than any puppy should. Thankfully, Roxie's story took a happy turn when she and his siblings were saved by one of our rescue partners, brought up north, and found a loving and safe foster family to take care of her.  Still, those early days left their mark—Roxie can be timid at first when meeting new people. But with a bit of patience, a gentle touch, and some yummy treats, you’ll see her walls quickly come down. Then that's when you can see Roxie’s true, sweet, and curious puppy personality shine through! Roxie is a sweet, affectionate girl who enjoys being with her family, getting belly rubs and cuddles in exchange for puppy kisses. Roxie loves spending time outside whether it's going for walks, sunbathing and napping in the yard, or exploring the great outdoors.  She's a quiet, easy going, and very well behaved. She gets along great with dogs and other kids once she's had a proper introduction... and once she knows you, you can tell how much she loves you by her tail that wags non stop!  At the end of the day, you'll likely find her curled up beside you or in your arms where she likes to fall asleep. She walks great on a leash, sleeps in her crate overnight, and is doing great with house training. An eager to please pup, she is learning and growing every day, and in the process of mastering some basic commands every pup should know.  Roxie is looking for a loving family who will give her the time, structure, and support she needs to grow into the confident, happy dog she’s meant to be. In return, she promises to offer a lifetime of loyalty, companionship, snuggles, and joy. Are you the one to give Roxie the forever family she longs to have? SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption.
