Buddy: DMH (FCID# 03/06/2025 - 62) C

My story

Buddy is a very sweet, 4 month-old boy!  He likes to play with toys and uses a scratching post and litter box perfectly!  He enjoys being with other cats.  While with his foster mom, he would lay around and snuggle with them.  He's getting more and more affectionate by the day. He is climbing on me and sleeping next to me in bed. The one thing Buddy shies away from is being picked up.  He likes all 4 of his paws on the ground for now.  In time that could change once he’s in a patient, loving home where he can settle-in.  As with most cats/kittens, he’ll need time to get accustomed to his new home and family.  Buddy update 4/15/2025:  He does let me pick him up and hold him.  It's just the initial reaching down to get him.  He is getting better by the day.  He'll jump in bed and climb on me to pet him!   Buddy is up to date on all his vaccines.
