My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Milo was in the cubby appearing somewhat tense when approached and had large pupils and a downturned face. He barely sniffed treats, gave a few lip licks, but then allowed petting on his head cheeks and along his back. He gave a few slow eye blinks, and appeared to appreciate the petting. He's a sweet cat and a pick up was not attempted. Milo tolerates attention and petting but appears to be moderately nervous or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred and be well counseled in fearful cat behavior.
