FIV+DOB: 2/18/2023 Jordon’s story begins on the edge of danger: the side of a roaring freeway, where cars blurred past and hope seemed miles away. But this brave tabby held on, determined to survive. Whether he was chasing freedom or simply searching for a soft place to land, fate stepped in when a kind soul spotted him and brought him to safety. Due to the large number of inquiries received, we are unable to respond to emails quickly. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus positive cats can live normal lives both in quality and duration. They do take special care in terms of monitoring them for signs of infection.  FIV can be passed from cat to cat via deep bite wounds, but not from casual contact so positive cats can live with negative cats without the fear of spreading FIV as long as they get along and are spayed/neutered.
