My story

    Hey there, my name is Deacon Jones.    At around 8 months old, (10/15/24) I'm a delightful, mixed breed with gorgeous dreamy eyes, think spaniel, lab, and a sprinkle of adorable. Weighing in at a svelte 35 pounds, I’m on track to be the perfect pocket-sized pup.    Now, I won’t lie, I can be a bit of a shy guy when meeting new folks. But give me just a hot minute, and I’ll transform from a bashful buddy to a playful powerhouse. Seriously, once I warm up, it’s game on!    I'm working hard on my puppy manners and making great progress! I'm already potty trained—as long as there's a fenced yard to help me out. Since I'm still getting used to a crate, I’d do best in a home without shared walls, so no condos for now. I love playing with the other dogs in my foster home, but I'm also a big fan of quiet cuddle time with my human friends. Whether it's zoomies or snuggles, I’m all in! So, if you’re in the market for a sweet, loving companion who can switch from playful puppy to couch potato in record time, look no further.
