My story

We are so excited to welcome beautiful Diana to our Shelter!Diana is a three-year-old hound with a sweet and playful spirit. She’s the perfect size at 38 pounds and absolutely loves to run around with the biggest toy she can fit in her mouth! Her story is a special one -- she was found pregnant and homeless on the side of the road. A kind person took her in, helped her raise her puppies, and kept her for over a year. But with three dogs in the home, it became too much, and Diana was surrendered to us.Recently, Diana had a fun beach outing with a few of our amazing volunteers -- and she was a total star! She loved the car ride, had a blast playing with other dogs, and was especially entertained trying to catch the waves. We are so proud of how well she did!Diana can be seen every day from 9am to 12pm at Animal Aid Society, 80 Butler Farm Road, Hampton VA.
