My story

Sweet, Cuddly, Friendly Don’t let her permanent grumpy expression fool you - Honey Bear is sweet as honey! She loves people and getting attention, so she’s always down for snuggling and getting pets. Honey Bear is quite the rollie pollie according to her foster, always rolling around in front of you for attention. She’s very easygoing, so getting attention can be as simple as just sitting next to you watching TV. She’ll often hold your hand too while she’s next to you! Honey Bear is more chill than she is energetic, but she’ll play if her people are the ones to initiate it. She likes the mouse and wand toys the best, but she doesn’t really play by herself. Honey Bear has met the resident cats who she’s had positive interactions with - she’s just not interested in snuggling or playing with them. She’s happy being independent. Pre-spay, Honey Bear would yowl here and there and can get a little overstimulated when being petted, but her foster thinks these things will stop once she’s spayed. She also had a previous tail injury which has caused her tail to look a little wonky, but that just makes her all the more special! Honey Bear loves people so much that she would be happy in any home where she can hang out with her humans often and get lots of pets! All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
