She came to us under heartbreaking circumstances — abandoned in a cage on the side of the road with her three pups. Understandably, she was terrified and unsure of the world around her.   But with time, patience, and gentle care, Mae began to trust. It took a full week before she let her guard down, but when she did, it was clear — this girl has so much love to give.   Mae’s Dream Home: • A patient, compassionate person who understands that healing takes time • Someone willing to let her blossom at her own pace • A home where she can be the center of attention — she gets along with most dogs but prefers to be the queen of her castle • (Must have a secure 6-foot fence)   Mae has been through so much, but she’s ready for her next chapter — one filled with safety, stability, and love.
