Millie

My story

Millie is 5 years old and was an owner surrender to HBHR. She is friendly, affectionate and gets along with the two boring beagle boys in her foster home. In other words, even though she is not hyper she would enjoy a bit of play occasionally. Tug of war is one of her favorites. Millie was born with her lower jaw shorter than her upper. As a consequence of this she eats a little slower than most beagles. It also causes snoring when she sleeps and snorting when she is on the trail. She barks at the occasional boat that goes by but is not an excessive barker. Millie is potty trained with the use of a dog door and is not destructive although she likes to counter surf. Her foster home has a large backyard which she loves to explore especially in the evening when the smells are extra interesting. Millie is 15 inches and weighs 40 lbs. She doesn’t mind sleeping in her crate but is fine on dog bed or couch. The perfect family is out there for Millie. Maybe it is you.
