After being abandoned, Duchovny arrived at the shelter unsure and a little overwhelmed. But once he starts to feel safe, his true personality comes shining through—wiggly tail, playful energy, and an irresistible charm that’s hard to miss. He`s a total toy lover and lights up the moment it’s time to play. Duchovny is looking for a family who understands that building trust takes time, and who’s ready to commit to continued training and structure to help him feel confident and secure. With consistency, patience, and love, this boy is going to absolutely blossom.Duchovny would do best in an adult only household, who can respect his boundaries and support his journey. In return, he promises to bring endless loyalty, affection, and a lifetime of goofy antics. Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet him! A meet-and-greet with all members of the household will be required to ensure he`s the perfect fit for your family!Duchovny is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home!His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
