She’s a shy pup who startles easily and tends to dart + hide when she’s unsure—but underneath that fear is a heart that’s hoping to trust.April is looking for a special kind of home: one that’s calm, patient, and most importantly, already has a confident resident dog who can show her the ropes. She finds comfort in the presence of other pups and will thrive with a canine role model by her side to help her build confidence and feel secure.She may not be the dog who bounds up to you on day one—but with time, kindness, and the right furry friend, April has all the potential to bloom into a loyal, loving companion.She’s not just looking for a home—she’s looking for her safe haven.We think April would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog or two.
