My story

Hello! My name is Lucia. I came to RASKC as a stray and now I`m looking for a new home. I`m a shy gal who`s looking for a home that can help me come out of my shell. I know I could be a bit more outgoing if someone would give me the time and love I need. Here in the shelter I have a polite, quiet demeanor and seem to enjoy the comapny of calm, slow, quiet people the best. I am most likely to succeed in a home where things are pretty predictable and low key. I weigh 84lbs and am currently a bit overweight. My new family will want to work with their vet to help me get down to a healthy size so I can live a long and active life! I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!
