My story

Do you FANCY a loving household companion? FANCY is a young short-haired black and white female tuxedo cat who is looking for YOU! She has a small black dot on the tip of her nose and her eyes are lovely and expressive. Fancy loves attention. She likes to play with string toys and bat small balls about the house, but she especially like to play with her humans. She seeks attention and warms up to new people quickly. Having been rescued from under a house with her kittens, she does NOT seek the great outdoors, but is content to be your lap cat. She would enjoy being adopted with her son PICKLES (see photo), but she would also be fine on her own in a home where she gets lots of time and attention from her humans. FANCY has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  You can meet FANCY at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.  The $155 adoption fee ($280/with her son PICKLES) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
