FOSTER TO ADOPT! Oscar / Neutered Male / 6 Years / 20lbs / Mini Poodle / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: Yes / Location: Kitchener Meet Oscar, our sweet 6-year-old mini poodle looking for a forever home through our foster-to-adopt program! This affectionate 20‑lb boy loves snuggles, daily walks, and playtime with his doggo friends. He thrives when someone’s around most of the time—and he’d do best with another dog around, too! Oscar is playful, good with kids and cats, and has made great progress with his house-training. He did come from a kennel environment, so he might have an accident if left alone too long, but he’s on his way! Upon arrival Oscar was found to have urinary crystals was marking in the house due to it. After a urinalysis, we placed him on a special prescription diet that has nearly eliminated the marking. He needs to stay on this food until they are all dissolved. As part of our foster-to-adopt program, we provide his food and arrange veterinary rechecks. Please note that all follow-up visits regarding this will need to be coordinated with one of our veterinary partners across southern Ontario. Oscar has been neutered and microchipped.
